Comfort Hotel® Linköping City is a newly opened franchise hotel from the Strawberry hotel chain. The former Clarion Collection Hotel Saga has been renamed Comfort Hotel Linköping City. As the Front Office Manager, we see that you are a true beacon of joy and always ensure that your guests feel comfortable and well taken care of—service is your passion! You love meeting new people and providing them with the best possible experience. To fit the role of Front Office Manager, we believe you have a good sense of how to organize and plan work, as well as a flexible attitude and a solutions-oriented approach. Your main tasks will include leading and distributing work in the reception, ensuring that routines are followed, supporting and helping your colleagues, and developing the hotel's operations. The position will involve approximately 50% administrative work and 50% operational tasks. You will also participate in the hotel's management team with a focus on development, efficiency, and improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Your work will also include the following tasks:
• Scheduling reception and breakfast staff
• Training new staff
• Personnel responsibility
• Contact with partners
• Invoicing
• Ordering
• Supervising staff
• Establishing and developing routines
Requirements:
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in the restaurant industry
Meritorious:
• Experience working within Strawberry
• Leadership experience
• Experience with Mews
The position of Front Office Manager is a permanent full-time role, with a six-month probationary period, primarily involving daytime work.
