Are you looking for a varied and enjoyable seasonal job in the heart of the Swedish mountains? We at Tänndalen Mountain Resort are seeking a new colleague for our reception who, like us, is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
**Job Responsibilities**
Reception duties involve taking care of our guests on-site with everything that may arise during their stay in Tänndalen. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, book activities, ski rentals, and prepare for arrivals. The reception work also includes selling lift passes and trail passes.
The reception serves as a hub in Tänndalen, and we who work here are knowledgeable about most things happening in and around Tänndalen so that guests can get answers to their questions. You will collaborate closely with other colleagues in the office, restaurant, maintenance, and our workshop.

The employment is a seasonal position starting as soon as possible and lasting until the beginning of May 2026. Work is scheduled every day of the week with working hours between 07:00 and 20:00. We adhere to HRF's collective agreement and the Tourist Supplement.
**Who We Are Looking For**
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and solution-focused, and who is passionate about providing guests with a fantastic overall experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a high tempo. At the same time, you can take the initiative for development and improvement work during quieter periods. You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy learning new things. Previous experience in reception work is advantageous but not a requirement. However, it is important that you have prior experience in customer or guest service over the counter and are accustomed to working with various systems. To assist our guests in the best possible way, you need to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Tänndalen is a genuine mountain and ski resort in western Härjedalen. But Tänndalen is so much more than just a place. There is a special spirit here, a feeling that is hard to put into words. Every winter, four to five meters of natural snow falls over the ski area, which stretches through the entire valley from Hamra in the west to Svansjön in the east. The alpine ski system in Tänndalen offers a total of 54 varied slopes, both above and below the tree line. Always smoothly rolling and well-groomed. In Tänndalen, there is ski rental and a sports shop, three children's areas, two snow parks, and eight restaurants/cafés. Common to all restaurants is high quality and inspiration from the mountain's culinary traditions.
Tänndalen's beautiful mountain environment offers endless opportunities for cross-country skiing, both on the mountain plateau and in the valley. There are 300 kilometers of prepared cross-country trails, providing unbeatable variety. You can choose your route based on the weather and opt for either the valley or the mountain. There is plenty of hilly terrain with long, challenging uphill climbs for the fitness enthusiast and calm tours on the mountain for those who enjoy life.
