ABOUT THE POSITION As a part-time Receptionist at SSC/Swedish Space Corporation, you will play an important role in keeping the reception staffed. In this role, you will cover shifts as needed, making it a flexible job to combine with your studies. This primarily involves covering the reception during illness, temporary absences, and conferences/training sessions. In this position, you will welcome and assist visitors, replenish supplies and order office materials, book meetings, help with goods reception, and ensure that the office is in good condition. Therefore, we are looking for a service-oriented person with a sense of order and tidiness. RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks * Replenishing supplies and ordering office materials. * Providing meeting services, such as ordering food or materials for meetings. * Welcoming visitors and assisting them. * Ensuring that the office is in good condition, clearing dishes, replenishing mugs and coffee, etc. - simply contributing to the office environment! * Handling goods reception, documentation, and receiving and sending items. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily in written and spoken communication. - Is currently studying at a college or university for at least 50% and has at least 1 year left of your studies. - Has experience working in a reception and within the service industry. - Is familiar with systems and very comfortable with the Office suite. - Is flexible and unpretentious, driven by providing excellent service! It is advantageous if you have - Experience in meeting booking, administrative tasks, and office responsibilities.
