Therefore, the variety is significant, and the points of contact are numerous and international, creating an intense and dynamic work environment. Against this backdrop, it is crucial to feel confident in the expectations of service orientation, quality, and flexibility that the role and organization require.
Your role will largely involve:
• Managing the reception's switchboard

• Liaising with property owners, construction companies, and other maintenance and service providers
• Basic financial administration and mail handling
• Overseeing the office's common areas and conference rooms

At Sectra, we say "hire for attitude and ability - train for skill." This means that who you are weighs more heavily than your previous experiences. There are some core competencies that are central to all roles. We are always looking for individuals with the willingness and ability to quickly learn and take on new tasks, those who leverage previous experiences and swiftly handle new information. We also want you to have strong analytical thinking, as we see it as important that you can understand, break down, and solve problems. We seek skilled communicators who can interact with colleagues, partners, and clients in an effective, clear, and constructive manner.
