About the Role:
As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of the club and responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that each member receives a top-quality training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest standards.
Your tasks will include:
• Welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant facility environment
• Managing membership and product sales
• Contributing to a family-like and positive atmosphere
• Ensuring order in the reception area and gym
The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-driven. No two days are alike, and you will play a crucial role in creating the best possible training experience for our members.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who:
• Is 18 years or older
• Enjoys meeting people and building good relationships
• Has a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends
• Is self-driven, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Previous experience in service or sales is meritorious but not required. The most important qualities are your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop!
