Sales Receptionist for Temporary Staffing Pool in Lund/Northern Malmö Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with nearly 370 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. We are looking for someone who wants to work: - Full-time - In a role where service, sales, and member interaction are the focus - With varying working hours, including evenings and weekends About the Role As a sales receptionist, you are the face of the club and responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member receives a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality. Your responsibilities include: - Welcoming and assisting members and guests - Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment at the facility - Managing the sale of memberships and products - Contributing to a family-like and positive atmosphere - Ensuring order and tidiness in the reception and gym The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-driven. No two days are alike, and you will play an important role in creating the best possible training experience for our members. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who: - Is 18 years or older - Enjoys interacting with people and building good relationships - Has a positive and service-oriented attitude - Is flexible and can work both daytime, evenings, and weekends - Is self-driven, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage but not a requirement.
