Receptionist at Nordic Wellness Gothenburg Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with over 370 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. We are looking for someone who wants to work: Full-time at one of our facilities In our substitute pool, where you will work at several different clubs About the role As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of the club and responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment where our members feel at home. Your tasks include: • Greeting our members in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner • Ensuring that the club is always clean, tidy, and inviting • Driving sales of memberships and products • Creating a familial and positive atmosphere The work is varied and fast-paced, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and self-motivated. No two days are the same, and you will play an important role in delivering a world-class training experience. In this position, you will work across our clubs in Gothenburg. The role is full-time, with one week of day shifts and one week of evening shifts, as well as one weekend per month. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who: • Is 18 years or older • Has a natural drive and loves meeting people • Is flexible and can work both daytime, evenings, and weekends • Is service-oriented and has a positive attitude • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Is self-motivated, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done Previous experience in service, sales, or reception is advantageous but not a requirement – we are looking for someone with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to develop.
