MAX aims to become the world's best burger chain, and part of that work involves offering an outstanding service experience. Not just in our restaurants, but also in our offices. We are now looking for a service-oriented individual for a temporary receptionist position at MAX's office in Stockholm, located by Karlaplan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both employees and visitors, so we believe you excel at creating a great first impression. As a receptionist, you are a vital part of the office's daily operations. You are responsible for creating a welcoming and pleasant environment, managing incoming calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting various departments as needed. You will have the support of Marita, the office manager, and together you will ensure that everything in the office runs smoothly and professionally. An important aspect of the role is contributing to the well-being and community of the office, where you play a key role by helping with practical arrangements for meetings, after work events, or other office activities that include snacks, breakfast, or lunch. Your key responsibilities include: - Staffing the reception at the office between 08:00 – 17:00, welcoming guests and deliveries, and managing mail and packages. - Answering the switchboard, registering new hires, and making necessary changes. - Handling administration, creating simple documents in Excel, managing function mailboxes, and distributing gift cards. - Ensuring that the office is neat and pleasant, as well as assisting with office activities, birthdays, and celebrations. Your job as a receptionist means you are equally a culture bearer and an administrative star. - You are outgoing, organized, and structured. You are also flexible, helpful, and can easily switch between various tasks to support where needed. - You have good communication skills and proficiency in both Swedish and English. - You possess administrative skills and previous experience working in service-related professions.
