As a person, you should be curious, a quick learner, and have a knack for finding solutions to problems. **Working Hours:** 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday **Expected Start:** Early December **Your Main Responsibilities** As a receptionist, you will play a central role and be the key person in creating a positive experience for all visitors. Your tasks will include: - Staffing the information desk. - Providing general information to tenants, visitors, and customer referrals. - Managing informational emails for the entire office. - Ensuring that meeting rooms are in good condition between bookings and providing technical support for AV equipment. - Handling mail and package distribution. - Managing and administering access cards. - Assisting in publishing content on digital screens and channels. - Conducting spontaneous tours and acting as an ambassador. **To succeed in the role of receptionist, you need to:** - Have a service-oriented attitude and excel at customer interactions. - Possess good communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Be self-driven and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
