Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with a background in service, customer interaction, or reception who enjoys being the company's external face.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience in service professions, such as reception, hotel, or retail
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and comfortable working in various systems
• Meritorious: Speaks Mandarin (Chinese)

What Does the Role Involve?
As a receptionist, you are the first person visitors and colleagues meet when they arrive at the office. You create a pleasant and welcoming environment and play a central role in the daily workflow.
Tasks include:
• Receiving visitors and handling incoming calls
• Administrative tasks related to the office
• Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries
• Contact with suppliers and supporting colleagues with practical matters
The assignment is a consultant position starting in mid-December, with potential for extension.
