What does the role involve? As a receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring that our guests receive world-class service. You are the spider in the web, ensuring that the guest is always the focus. You go through the arrival list and pay attention to the details, making sure that guests' wishes are fulfilled. You always have a smile on your face and a creative solution up your sleeve. You can resolve most issues and excel at turning a dissatisfied guest into a satisfied one. Your workplace is our lobby, as that is where you will meet the most guests. Your responsibilities also include administrative work, safety tasks, and sales. The role involves checking in and out hotel guests, welcoming them, and providing the information they need about their stay. You will handle bookings in the Opera Cloud system and manage administrative tasks related to guests and security. All work is conducted with guest satisfaction and sales as the main focus. The hotel is open around the clock, so it is important that you enjoy working in shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends). Who are you? To fit this role, we believe you possess strong social skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. It is very important that you convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests. You also have experience and knowledge in using a computer as a work tool. Since much of the job consists of communicating with guests, proficiency in Swedish and English is essential. If you speak an additional language, it is a bonus. However, the most important attributes are your personal qualities and your attitude. To fit this role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
