Receptionist on temporary assignment in Solna!

Our client in Solna is now seeking a service-minded and self-driven receptionist for an assignment starting in week 49 (early December). The assignment will last until the end of January, with a possibility of extension. Your main responsibilities As a receptionist, you will be the company's first point of contact and will have a varied role where you manage multiple parallel tasks. You will, among other things: - Welcome visitors and provide professional service. - Coordinate administrative tasks and support the organization. - Manage two pool cars, including driving them for service/maintenance as needed. - Work in the Office suite and handle documents, presentations, and communication. Who are you? To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has: - A valid driver's license (B) – as you will be responsible for driving the pool cars. - Experience in reception or administrative work, preferably in an environment with many parallel tasks. - Good computer skills and confidence in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). - Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
