About this role

Are you experienced in service and administration and enjoy an international environment with lots happening? CBRE is now seeking a Receptionist/Administrator at 50% for their customer in Linköping – where a major construction project is about to start. As Receptionist/Administrator, you are the face outward for both CBRE and their customer. You are responsible for receiving and registering contractors and visitors, managing access cards, ensuring that safety routines are followed, and providing administrative support to the team on-site. The role requires high service awareness and a professional approach, as you contribute to creating a well-functioning and welcoming workplace experience. Since many contractors and visitors come from international companies, it is important that you feel comfortable communicating in English – both verbally and in writing. The position is 50%, which suits someone who, for example, is studying remotely or has another flexible occupation – but this is not a requirement. However, you should be flexible, as some days may be longer depending on the project's needs. For the right person, there is an opportunity for full-time work after the project's completion. Example of work tasks • Receive and welcome contractors, suppliers, and employees. • Manage and administer access cards and accesses. • Ensure all visitors are registered according to applicable safety routines. • Support CBRE's on-site team with ongoing administrative tasks. • Be attentive to the customer's needs and contribute improvement suggestions in daily work. THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Have experience in service, administration, or reception. • Are meticulous, structured, and enjoy a role with many contact interfaces. • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. • Are responsible, self-driven, and have a positive attitude. • Have good computer skills. • (Meritorious) Have experience with compliance or work environment issues.
