About this role

Do you want to help create first-class service in a modern office environment where quality, presence, and care are in focus? On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a receptionist for a 75% position. This is a central role where you contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and a smooth everyday experience for both tenants and visitors. Here, you will be the face of a property housing offices, conference spaces, restaurant, and service areas; a place where your contribution makes a real difference in the overall experience. About the Role As a receptionist, you are the hub of the building's service functions and the first point of contact for everyone entering the building. You will work closely with the Head of Service and be responsible for creating a professional, secure, and pleasant experience for all occupants. The role is varied, involving service, administration, and practical responsibilities in the property's shared environments. Responsibilities include: • Welcoming and receiving visitors, customers, and suppliers • Managing calls, emails, and booking of meeting and conference rooms • Providing basic IT support, such as resolving technical issues in conference spaces • Coordinating service requests, mail handling, and contact with suppliers • Managing access cards, access rights, and basic administrative tasks • Supporting events and activities in the building, in collaboration with property staff • Contributing to maintaining high standards in premises, reception, and common areas – with an eye for detail and pride in the environment • Performing basic rounds and ensuring everything is in order at closing We are Looking for Someone Who We will place great emphasis on personal competence. Previous experience in service or reception roles is meritorious but not mandatory. You are self-driven, responsible, service-oriented, and able to identify what needs to be done without being asked. You enjoy creating order, have an eye for detail, and like meeting people with a warm and professional attitude. Desired Qualifications: • Previous experience in reception, office services, or similar role • Good computer skills and comfort with Microsoft 365 • Ability to resolve basic IT issues and support others in technical matters • High service mindset, accountability, and good communication skills in Swedish and English • Eye for detail and desire to create order and comfort About the Workplace The property is located in the heart of Frösunda: a district where offices, commerce, and services meet. Modern workplaces, conference possibilities, and a restaurant are offered in the same building. As a receptionist, you will become a key person in creating a welcoming environment for both tenants and visitors. Together with the Head of Service, you will be part of an engaged team striving to develop service in the building and create a work environment where both staff and guests feel comfortable. Employment This is a consultant assignment via Joyweek at 75%. You will become part of both Joyweek and the client company, receiving our support throughout your employment. We will follow you closely and ensure you feel satisfied, develop, and have the right conditions. We care about your well-being and follow collective agreements.
