Receptionist

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you are the heart of the house – the one who sets the tone for the entire workplace. You are the person who says “hello!” before the visitor even has time to press the door opener, who spots someone looking for coffee from five meters away, and who spreads energy just by being present.

Your mission? To create a welcoming, professional, and joyful atmosphere every day – while keeping everything organized, maintaining routines, and ensuring that the reception runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

You make a difference every day by:

• Welcoming, guiding, and taking care of visitors with genuine engagement.
• Answering calls and emails with both professionalism and warmth.
• Keeping the reception and entrance area in top condition – organized, tidy, and inviting!
• Assisting with arrival and departure logistics, such as taxi bookings.
• Managing everyday tasks with style – whether it’s about administration, technology, or other service duties.
• Supporting colleagues in other areas of workplace services when needed – we are a team that helps each other.
