About the Role
As Reception & Booking Manager at Billingehus, you will play a central role in leading and developing our reception and booking department. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and guest-focused operations, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and creating a positive service culture.
You will become an important part of our management team. The position is full-time, located in Skövde, with a start date by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the reception and booking department
- Personnel management: scheduling, follow-up, recruitment, and employee interviews
- Optimization and revenue work to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Create and optimize packages and offers
- Ensure high service level and quality in guest experiences
- Responsible for administration related to bookings and sales
- Collaborate with other departments to create a holistic experience
- Follow up on guest reviews and drive improvement work
Who Are You?
We are looking for a confident, structured, and solution-oriented leader with strong administrative skills. You lead with clarity, commitment, and warmth, and have the ability to both support and guide your team.
Working hours are Monday–Friday, with some flexibility when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in the hotel industry, focusing on package sales
- Documented experience in optimization and revenue work
- Leadership experience in hotels or similar operations
- Good system proficiency in VisBook, BookVisit, and TimePlan
- Experience building and managing packages in booking systems
- Excellent administrative abilities
- B driver's license
- Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
