Receptionist / Conference Host

We are seeking someone who loves providing service with a smile! As a receptionist and conference host, you will be the face of our guests. You will welcome visitors, handle bookings, answer questions, and ensure conference guests feel comfortable.
Job Responsibilities
As a receptionist/conference host, you will:
● Receive guests upon arrival and manage check-in and check-out processes.
● Handle bookings, payments, and cash register systems.
● Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information about the hotel, area, and our services.
● Prepare and serve conference groups with coffee, lunch, or other services as needed.
● Perform light administrative tasks.
● Collaborate with other staff to ensure the best possible guest experience.
● Ensure that entrance and reception areas are always representative.
We are looking for someone who:
● Is positive, service-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people.
● Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
● Is computer-literate and quick to learn new systems.
● Is responsible and can work both independently and in a team.
● Is flexible, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
● Has a good sense of order and structure.
● Has experience in reception, conference, or other service work – considered a merit.
● Has education in hotel/tourism – considered a merit.
● Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Mews, Hotsoft, or similar) is a plus.
Additional Information
● Employment level: 50–100%
● Start date: Immediate, recruitment is ongoing
● Working hours: Varied, daytime, evenings, and some weekends
● Collective agreement: HRF
● Driver's license and car: Considered a merit (due to limited bus connections)
