Real Fastigheter is an entrepreneurial real estate company that owns, manages, and develops commercial properties in light industry, warehousing, logistics, and central properties. The company is a listed stock company on NGM Nordic SME and is in an expansive phase with finance and rental administration being centralized in Uddevalla. We are now seeking an Accounting Manager who is attracted to taking comprehensive responsibility for the company's accounting and contributing to our continued development - could that be you?
Your Responsibilities
As Accounting Manager, you will have a central role responsible for ensuring that accounting within the group is correct, efficient, and compliant with current regulations. You will work with everything from ongoing bookkeeping to monthly and annual closing of accounts, prepare annual reports and tax declarations, and handle VAT and tax issues. You will report to management and the board and have close collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners, such as auditors and authorities. The role also provides clear opportunities and mandate to develop and streamline the company's financial processes.
The position is full-time, daytime with start date according to agreement.
Your Profile
We believe that a post-secondary education in economics/accounting is a prerequisite for success in the role. You have several years of experience in qualified group accounting work and can independently prepare financial statements, annual reports, and VAT/tax reporting. You are proficient in financial systems, preferably Hogia, along with Excel and other Office programs. Previous experience in the real estate industry is meritorious, but not a requirement.
