We are now seeking a Permit and Rights Manager with a focus on rights for our unit Permits & Rights. The unit consists of approximately 60 employees who work to manage existing and secure new permits and rights for power lines, which are prerequisites for the company to be able to build and maintain the electricity grid. You will be part of our national department Management & Development, with 15 colleagues spread across the country - from Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south. The department has an overarching responsibility covering all of Sweden, with tasks within permit and rights management, legal support and advice, as well as planning and servitude monitoring.
As a Permit and Rights Manager focusing on Rights, you will work on various issues where you will, among other things, be responsible for:
• Responding to inquiries regarding existing rights
• Representing the company at land survey proceedings
• Monitoring existing rights and, if applicable, securing new ones
• Being the unit's representative for incoming inquiries about rights, both internally and externally
• Contributing relevant real estate legal expertise during the acquisition and transfer of facilities
• Managing digital and physical archiving
• Business development
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
• An education in fields such as surveying, urban planning, or law, or relevant experience deemed equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid Class B driver's license
Desirable for the position:
• Experience with land access and land lease, preferably within infrastructure projects
• Preparation/consultancy regarding landowner contacts, land access, and permits
• Handling or application for land survey proceedings
• Representing the operation towards relevant authorities and the public
• Documentation planning and both digital and physical archiving
