RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Ramp Agent, you will work in the daily operational activities that manage all tasks surrounding an aircraft's arrival and departure. Whether you are unloading or loading baggage, manually or with equipment, you are a pair of safe hands ensuring that baggage is in the right place at the right time. You will conduct inspections of equipment and aircraft and report any faults detected by managing the necessary documentation. By following airline-specific procedures, you prioritize our customers and their clients' needs in everything you do.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
• Customer and safety focus
• Clear, confident, and honest communication
• A respectful, friendly, and supportive approach
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
• A valid B driver's license
• Willingness to work shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
• Undergo a complete security clearance and provide proof of employment for the last 5 years
• A C driver's license is an advantage

To be employed, you must undergo a security clearance with the Transport Agency and SÄPO with a satisfactory result.
Start date: 2026-01-19
Employment begins with a comprehensive training program lasting approximately 3 weeks, combining theory and practice. Participation in all training days is mandatory.
Working hours: Shift work, which includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Overtime compensation according to the applicable collective agreement.
Scope: Hourly employment during training and double shifts, which will then transition to a 6-month probationary period with an 80% employment rate.
