About the Position
Swedbank sees a significant future need for advisors and is therefore launching an initiative together with Professionals Nord. A select number of individuals will have the chance to participate in a program where future advisors are trained. You will be located in Swedbank's offices in Östersund alongside many great colleagues who are looking forward to your arrival. Since previous experience is not required, you will naturally begin with an introductory training. You will also receive ongoing guidance during your employment to help you feel comfortable in your role as an advisor.
The assignment is part of our personnel hiring. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Swedbank for 6 months. The intention is for you to become permanently employed directly by Swedbank, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Job Responsibilities
You will start your employment with paid study time to complete the Swedsec license. Thereafter, you will begin an introduction at Swedbank for the advisor role.
As an advisor at Swedbank, you'll have an exciting and socially beneficial role where customer satisfaction is central. Your primary focus will be creating added value for both new and existing customers. You'll help customers via telephone with questions regarding savings and advisory services. As a Swedbank advisor, you'll make a difference for the bank's customers in their daily lives while gaining valuable experience.
