Our team consists of twelve employees who, in various roles, support and develop the clinic's operations. Our office is located opposite Huddinge Hospital, about a ten-minute walk from the commuter train station, with good bus connections. Responsibilities This is a newly established position, and the tasks may evolve based on the needs of the organization. Responsibilities may include: - Managing the registry of documents related to care injury investigations and complaints - Handling requests from insurance companies - Maintaining personnel archives - Performing simpler administrative tasks related to care statistics and record-keeping - Compiling care-related reports and presentations - Communicating with the workplace's suppliers and reporting issues - Other tasks that may arise within the framework of the clinic's mission. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant upper secondary or post-secondary education who: - Has a strong command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written - Possesses good knowledge of the Office suite - Is an experienced user of the patient journal system Take Care - Has previously worked in healthcare settings. Additional Information We will be conducting ongoing selection for this position. We apply drug testing in connection with employment. Employment Type Permanent position. Full-time, 39.5 hours/week. Start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may be applied. The position will be filled provided it is not needed for internal reassignment, according to current regulations. For patient-facing roles within the Stockholm County healthcare area: - A background check will be conducted prior to the employment decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during hiring. - Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which will be carried out through occupational health services before employment. - In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required.
