As a Piping and Layout Designer, you will work in multidisciplinary project teams focused on large industrial projects, primarily in the paper and pulp industry. You will be responsible for designing and constructing piping systems, ensuring technical standards, and selecting components and materials based on chosen process technical solutions. The role involves close internal and customer collaboration, where your technical expertise, curiosity, and willingness to learn will be of utmost importance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and update piping and plant layouts in 3D environment
- Dimension and design piping systems based on process and functional requirements
- Perform piping routing, support structures, and assemblies in CAD systems
- Develop equipment and contract specifications
- Participate in project meetings and engage in technical dialogue with other disciplines (electrical, instrumentation, construction, process)

- Have completed post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Have fluent Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Hold a Class B driver's license
Experience in similar tasks and work within the paper and pulp industry is meritorious. Experience with AutoCAD and Aveva E3D is also advantageous.
Additional Information:
- Start Date: By agreement
- Working Hours: Office hours, 08:00-17:00
- Location: Work will be performed in Karlstad and surrounding areas, with occasional work-related travel. If applying from another location, please describe your commuting plan in your application
