Do you want a job where you meet new people every day and make a real difference? As a member recruiter at the Tenants' Association, you'll become a key player in our social movement. Your mission is clear: through personal door-to-door meetings, you'll recruit members who strengthen both individual voices and the entire organization. Your Mission This is a job for someone who likes making contact, creating brief but trustworthy conversations, and who gains energy from working towards clear goals. Here, a salesperson's drive and result focus combines with a social movement's commitment and societal benefit. No two days are alike, but every day makes a difference. You'll be the Tenants' Association's public face, meeting tenants in their everyday lives and listening to their experiences. The work is independent, yet you're part of a recruitment team where both team leader and colleagues are close at hand to support your work and development. Together with your colleagues, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our organizational goals. Your Background To succeed in the role, you need experience in sales or recruitment. This could be from various contexts - perhaps you've recruited monthly donors, sold alarms or subscriptions through home visits, worked in retail sales, or recruited members for an organization. What matters is that you understand working towards clear goals and gain energy from seeing the results of your work. We're Looking For Someone Who: Enjoys working in outreach within residential areas across the region, with the goal of recruiting new members by knocking on doors, creating trustworthy meetings, and showing how membership in the Tenants' Association can make a difference. You'll be responsible for preparing your work shifts by gathering relevant information, processing your assigned area, and staying updated on current organizational issues. Therefore, you need to be proactive and enjoy working independently. Qualifications: • Result-oriented and motivated by working towards set goals • Easy at creating relationships and solution-focused • Independent and committed • Comfortable working evening shifts • Several years of work experience Meritorious: • Experience from non-profit organization or association life • Good knowledge of the housing sector • Language skills beyond Swedish, such as Arabic, Finnish, Kurdish, Farsi, or Somali Personal Characteristics: We're seeking someone who is social, outgoing, and enjoys meeting new people. This is a full-time, permanent position starting by agreement. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period. We have a collective agreement, and the salary is commission-based with a fixed base salary. The position involves travel, so a driver's license and access to a car are required.
