In this role, you will play an important part within the municipal management team. Our mission is to lead and support the development of the municipality. We create the conditions for our operations to achieve their goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR partner, you will work closely with operations, providing advice and being an active support to managers across the entire HR area based on the client's needs.
The role involves creative and independent work where you will engage broadly with HR issues. This may include, in addition to managerial support, project work, investigations, and improvement initiatives where you conduct analyses and prepare materials for decision-making. The role involves multiple collaboration areas; with colleagues in the HR unit and our HR controller, as well as the organization’s managers and trade unions.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-sufficient and stable person, preferably with a few years of experience working in an operational HR role. You should have a bachelor's degree in HR/personnel or equivalent.

You have a good ability to manage variations in your tasks and the capability to organize your work effectively while focusing on the right priorities.
