Your Role As a Property Manager with us, you will be responsible for the financial management of our office properties – both owned and leased. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibility – where you, together with your colleagues, ensure our premises are managed efficiently and sustainably. In close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure well-functioning, pleasant, and sustainable properties. Your Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for budgeting, follow-up, and financial reporting of properties • Manage and follow up on lease agreements • Provide advisory services regarding property acquisition, sales, valuation, and rental law • Participate in lease contract and agreement negotiations • Collaborate with the purchasing department to drive group-wide procurement, such as cleaning services and other property management-related services • Lead soft FM services – such as fruit, coffee, and plants – and ensure our premises optimally support operational needs • Contribute to strategic planning and development of the property portfolio We Are Embarking on an Exciting Journey Where Digitalization is a Central Part of Our Development.
