Are you our new Negotiation Officer?

Your Assignment We are now seeking a Negotiation Case Officer for the Tenants' Association of Southern Skåne, located in Malmö. This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and ending on December 31, 2026. As a Negotiation Case Officer, you will primarily work on administration within the negotiation area – working on additions, registering renovations, member matters, updates, and maintaining and compiling statistical data related to the operations. You will also perform certain apartment inspections, assist with usage value assessments, and may have some independent responsibility for negotiations and contacts with property owners. Your Background To succeed as a Negotiation Case Officer, you should have experience as a case officer or similar and possess analytical skills and a systematic approach. You should be flexible, service-oriented, and communicative, both verbally and in writing. It is important that you enjoy collaborating with others while being able to work independently and have the ability to focus in high-pressure situations. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Qualifications: • Relevant education in law or economics • Work experience as a case officer or similar • Good system proficiency and comfort working with Excel Meriting Factors: • Experience with property or rental-related processes • Experience negotiating with property owners or similar parties • Knowledge of usage value assessment and apartment inspections Personal Characteristics: • Service-oriented, flexible, and professional • Communicative, expressing yourself well verbally and in writing • Structured and meticulous, creating order and overview in your work • Solution-oriented and able to handle change and uncertain situations • A team player who enjoys collaboration but can also drive processes forward independently Our Offer to You We are a value-driven organization with a strong sense of community and good employment conditions.
