In this role, you will be responsible for the entire journey: finding the right consultants, negotiating terms, matching them with our assignments, and building lasting relationships. You easily maintain multiple conversations and relationships simultaneously and gain energy from being in constant contact. Making good deals and negotiating truly drives you, and you are motivated by both meeting and exceeding your budget. The phone is your primary tool, and you are energized by making many calls each day, creating new contacts, and finding the next star who will propel both you and the team forward. A lot is happening at the same time! In this role, you will manage several processes simultaneously, so your ability to prioritize and stay on course is a significant strength. We work at a fast pace and like to stay one step ahead – with a focus on quality in every interaction. We take pride in providing excellent service, which is a natural part of how we conduct business and build relationships. You will: • Find and recruit talent: Actively seek out, interview, and ensure the quality of candidates who fit both the assignments and our culture. • Create sustainable relationships: Be the natural point of contact for new and existing consultants, focusing on clarity, presence, and genuine interest. • Negotiate and finalize contracts: Ensure smooth and clear agreements that create security for all parties involved. • Keep track of structure: Ensure that administration, documentation, and follow-up are in order – this is part of our pride in delivery. • Contribute to the team’s success: Share ideas, participate in shaping strategies, and contribute to an environment where we can both laugh and stand out with our results.
