With us, you'll have a key role driving system work from tender to delivery, collaborating with customers in Sweden and Europe, and leading an engaged team of system engineers.
Are you seeking a position that is diverse and content-rich, where no two days are alike, where you switch between the office, conference rooms, and customer contacts, then you have the perfect opportunity here. You will become part of our group of Systems Engineers with the position of Systems Engineering Manager (SEM).
We focus on strengthening our customers' defense capabilities – with the motto "Protect those who protect us."
Your Future Challenge

You will ensure that our technical solutions meet customer requirements and that system work is conducted efficiently, structurally, and in line with project goals.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our customers, both in Sweden and across Europe, and represent the organization in technical discussions and decision-making forums. You will lead a group of Systems Engineers in areas such as system architecture, requirements engineering (requirements management and analysis), and preparations for verification.
You will work closely with other leading roles within the project group and be responsible for planning, follow-up, and reporting of system work to the nearest project management function.
Who You Are
As Systems Engineering Manager (SEM), you are a natural leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and structure. You are driven to create order in complex systems and lead your team towards clear goals with commitment and energy.
You preferably have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge from professional experience. Perhaps you are currently a systems engineer with broad technical expertise and curiosity that constantly drives you to develop both work methods and solutions. You see the big picture while also noticing the details that make a difference. Experience in project management or similar roles is desirable.
As a leader, you are communicative, clear, and attentive. You inspire and create trust both within your team and with customers. You are meticulous, collaborative, and flexible, with a proactive approach to managing changes and solving problems efficiently. Above all, you are someone who takes initiative, creates results, and thrives when you can influence outcomes.
You must be fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
