Flexible Part-Time Job at ICA Stores
We offer a flexible part-time job at ICA stores. We provide opportunities to work during daytime, evening, or weekends. You can enter your availability in our scheduling system and will be asked about shifts via our app. In other words, this is a perfect part-time job alongside studies or another job!
Bemannica is an authorized staffing company that helps ICA stores with their personnel needs. We primarily support checkout areas or staff the store floor during staff absences.
You will work at various ICA stores in Landskrona, Lund, and Malmö. We at Bemannica always try to minimize the number of different stores you work at, for both your and the customer's benefit. Work tasks are assigned based on your competence. You will only be booked for departments and tasks you have previous experience in.
Who are you? Our experience shows that those who perform best as store consultants are those who enjoy working in a store! We are seeking candidates who have previously been employed in a grocery store and have experience in either cashier work or product stocking. Additional experience with postal services, gaming, or delicatessen is considered highly advantageous.
As a person, you are very service-oriented and enjoy daily customer interaction. You are flexible and thrive in fast-paced and eventful workdays.
Employment Type: Temporary employment, as needed
Salary: According to Handels collective agreement with associated overtime compensation
