To thrive and succeed in this role, you should: · Have a background in service and meet the following requirements · Want to work long-term and develop professionally · Spread professional pride and warmth with your colleagues · Be driven to achieve common goals Qualifications: · Preferably have relevant post-secondary education · Good computer skills and system knowledge, with ease in learning new digital systems · Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing · Experience in reception is considered meritorious Your work will consist of: 1. Routines & Responsibilities a. Typical reception work; bookings via phone, email, direct guest contact b. Receive and handle guest complaints, working solution-oriented with follow-up and improvement measures where needed c. Follow routines, checklists, and quality standards d. Stay well-informed about internal information and changes regarding operations, occupancy, and procedures e. Stay informed about local and industry developments 2. Finance & Cost Control a. Monitor inventory, stock, and cost control b. Track key performance indicators like costs and customer satisfaction – and propose actions when necessary 3. Upselling a. Participate in increasing upselling during daily operations b. Recruit Hyatt Members as part of sales work Additional tasks may be added continuously or periodically What do we offer?
