ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Advisor, you will become an important part of our team and a central contact for our customers. You will:
• Answer incoming calls and emails regarding advice, sales, and service.
• Handle complaints and returns with a focus on turning challenges into positive customer experiences.
• Participate in digital customer meetings via platforms like Teams.
• Provide technical building advice related to our product areas, such as outdoor rooms, greenhouses, and doors/windows.
• Contribute to sales and customer relations by being advisory, solution-oriented, and service-focused.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in customer service and inside sales to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey.

Merits:
• High school education
• Previous experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
• Technical understanding and ability to provide qualified customer advice.
• Linguistically, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and preferably English, both verbally and in writing. Experience in the building materials industry or related industries is considered meritorious, as is experience working with Jeeves or similar business systems.
