Our client Saab in Järfälla is now seeking more circuit board assemblers for shift work! Your tasks will involve manually assembling electrical components and some mechanics for mass production and prototypes. In the development of prototypes, working from provisional documentation, you will assist with development and production technology. You will help create these manufacturing documents. In working with circuit boards and circuit board units, you will repair, modify, inspect, control, and solder. Throughout the work, the emphasis is on writing observation reports and actively working on efficiency improvements and optimizations. Who are you? It is necessary that you understand the importance of maintaining good order as we work according to 5S principles. This means you as a person are structured, administrative, and have an ability to adhere to routines and processes, as well as work cross-functionally on problem-solving. In the work, it is also important to be operational and driven, with good collaboration skills and relationship-building abilities. The role also requires you to be flexible, stress-resistant, calm, stable, and able to work creatively. Requirements: • 3-year high school diploma in a relevant field for the position. • Component and product knowledge. • Necessary certificates for soft soldering and repair. • Assembly/Inspection according to IPC standards. • Knowledge of IFS, Office package, drawing and schematic reading, form and position tolerances. • Relevant ability to read, write, and speak English and Swedish is required. Previous Experience: • Experience with prototype and series production of advanced electronic designs with high-quality requirements. • Assembly technology. • Form and position tolerances. • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Teamcenter (MBD). • Drawing and schematic reading.
