We at Attendo are currently looking for a nursing assistant or care aide for Attendo Hemse.
Hemse elderly care home is centrally located in Hemse on southern Gotland and offers a safe, homely environment with 40 ground-floor apartments. Here, there are shared dining rooms, social areas, and a beautiful garden, close to a healthcare center and services. The care is characterized by compassion, commitment, and competence.
**About the Role**
As a nursing assistant or care aide with us, you create safety and comfort for our elderly residents. You provide good care and support, contribute to a positive atmosphere during meals, and organize activities that brighten up their daily lives.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
• Personal care according to the organization's routines, based on the individual needs and wishes of the customers.
• Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and serving, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Performing documentation and working based on decided interventions.
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

**Qualifications**
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills/experience.
**Meritorious:**
• Experience in care work within elderly care.
• Experience with delegation.
• Nursing assistant training with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

Work Percentage: 75-80%
Working Hours: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.
