We at Attendo are currently seeking a nursing assistant or caregiver for Attendo Hemse.
Hemse elderly care facility is centrally located in Hemse on southern Gotland and offers a safe, homely environment with 40 ground-floor apartments. Here, there are communal dining rooms, social areas, and a beautiful garden, close to a health center and services. The care is characterized by compassion, commitment, and competence.
**About the Role**
As a nursing assistant or caregiver with us, you create security and comfort for our elderly residents. You provide good care and support, contribute to a positive atmosphere during meals, and organize activities that brighten their everyday lives.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents
- Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, serving, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed
- Performing documentation and working based on decided interventions
- Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills/computer familiarity

- Experience with delegation
- Nursing assistant education

**About the Recruitment Process**
