**Customer-Focused Technical Account Manager at Formplast**

**About Formplast**
With over 65 years of experience, we are leaders in vacuum forming and deliver high-quality plastic components to the industry. We are part of CalixKlippan AB, a group with industry-leading players in Sweden and Europe. Our facilities in Broby and Olofström are equipped with advanced technology for vacuum and pressure forming. We deliver complete products through post-processing in CNC-controlled milling machines and through the assembly of components in the processed details.
We create long-term value for our customers through strong knowledge, high quality, and short lead times. Our dedicated team of approximately 50 employees has extensive expertise and a passion for innovative plastic solutions. Through close collaborations with leading companies, we deliver high-performance products to customers in Sweden and Europe.
**About the Role**
As a technical salesperson, you will play a key role in our sales team. You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with both new and existing customers, as well as developing business that generates the greatest possible value for our customers.
The position reports directly to the CEO in an organization with short decision-making paths.
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for a committed and persistent individual who is passionate about creating and developing customer relationships. You are capable of understanding, developing, and communicating our technical solutions to customers. A team player with a constant focus on business acumen and customer satisfaction.
**Your Main Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop business opportunities in Sweden as well as internationally
- Professionally and promptly handle and respond to customer inquiries
- Negotiate with customers to create optimal business conditions
- Initiate and follow up on customer projects to ensure customer satisfaction and quality
**Qualifications:**
- Good experience in sales and business development, or experience from a technically close role with regular customer contact
- Ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical solutions that create value for our customers
- Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written (corporate language)
- B driver's license and ability to travel approximately one week per month
**Meritorious:**
- Higher technical education
- Industry experience from the manufacturing plastic industry
- Experience working in the automotive sector
- Experience working with business systems

**Location:** Broby or Olofström: To ensure effective collaboration with teams, development, and production, presence in the office is required three days a week.
