About the Role As an Advisory Customer Service Representative at Allt Om Hållbarhet, you will communicate with customers via phone and email. The role involves effectively analyzing customer needs, researching information, guiding, and proposing solutions. You will identify current support programs, review various terms, and match the right support to the right company. To some extent, you will also independently complete applications for members. You will function as the customer's partner throughout the application process, from the first call to the finished application. You will work towards set goals and take responsibility for customer delivery. Some additional sales may be involved. Previous customer service experience is considered meritorious.
