Are You Ready to Lead Quality Assurance and Metrology in a High-Tech Production Environment? We're Seeking Someone to Ensure High Quality of Incoming Materials and Components – from Measurement to Improvement.
👉 Your Mission
• Lead and coordinate quality work in metrology and verification.
• Ensure measurement processes, calibrations, and controls comply with applicable standards.
• Perform and analyze advanced measurements of components and materials (CMM).
• Support production, quality, purchasing, and development with technical expertise and measurement data.
• Contribute to improvement efforts in processes, methods, and quality systems.
• Follow up on results, report deviations, and initiate corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across the value chain.
✅ We're Looking for Someone Who
Must-Have Requirements
• Has an engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in metrology, quality assurance, or production engineering.
• Has experience with CMM software such as Quindos, PC-DMIS, or Calypso.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred
• Experience in a leading quality role, e.g., team leadership or process responsibility.
• Knowledge of CAD and SolidWorks and familiarity with interpreting drawings.
• Understanding of mechanical components, motors, and gears.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented with strong collaborative skills.
📍 Scope
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Location: Västerås. On-site work.
📅 Assignment Period
December 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026, with possibility of extension.
