With a constant improvement focus, you will drive the development of methods, routines, and working approaches that strengthen our quality culture. The role involves close collaboration with production, technology, and other functions, where you will contribute to long-term solutions and sustainable results using data and analysis. To succeed in the role, you have a relevant university or college education, such as a bachelor's degree in quality engineering or mechanical engineering. You have at least 2-4 years of experience working in quality engineering and good skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. As a person, we are looking for someone who thrives in the interaction between people, machines, and systems. You are outgoing, communicative, and appreciate collaboration to achieve common goals. Furthermore, you have a structured approach, are curious, and enjoy proposing new ideas and improvement suggestions. You easily see the big picture and understand complex contexts, and when challenges arise, you see opportunities instead of problems. Through your commitment, you contribute to a safe, pleasant, and inspiring workplace where collaboration and development are in focus. Why Nobia?
