Your Responsibilities
As Quality Control Manager, you will lead the operational quality work with both structure and precision, and be a driving force to ensure high quality throughout the manufacturing chain. Your main responsibilities are to:
• Lead the daily work in the Quality Control laboratory.
• Plan, coordinate, and improve quality controls and processes.
• Collaborate with production, development, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality requirements.
• Manage deviations and drive improvement work.
• Contribute operationally to lab work when needed.
Good to Know
The position is full-time, daytime between approximately 7 AM-4 PM, located in our factory in Helsingborg. You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with lab personnel, production team, and development team. The Quality Control team consists of 4 people who all play a central role in SouthCoat's manufacturing process.
Our Expectations
To succeed in the role, you need:
• Experience in quality work within industry, process, or chemical manufacturing.
• Good understanding of how quality work affects the entire production value chain.
• Previous leadership of daily work.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, such as ISO 9001/14001, deviation management, and lab environments (meritorious).
