Pysslingen Preschools Seeks Deputy Principal

About the Role
The assignment involves working closely with the operations to best meet the needs of four preschools in a specific area. The position is located in Västerås, where three of our preschools are situated: Hagaberg, Pomperipossa, and Skattgömman, and in Enköping at Hinden Preschool.
You will be part of a management team consisting of a principal and a quality leader. The Deputy Principal assists the principal, who delegates responsibilities and tasks based on the preschool's needs. The Deputy Principal acts as a substitute for the principal when necessary. You are a crucial part of the daily work in our preschool area and collaborate closely with the principal.
Example Responsibilities
The work involves contact with staff and coordinators at each preschool and external contacts with parents, municipalities, property owners, and suppliers. Together with the principal, you will work to create good conditions for educational quality. The role includes establishing stability in daily operational work and strategically driving continuous development.
We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
• Have experience and knowledge of preschool operations
• Hold a pedagogical university degree with preschool or teaching certification
• Have previous experience leading and coaching employees based on curriculum guidelines
• Understand the preschool curriculum and relevant laws and regulations
• Have excellent Swedish language skills
• Possess high digital competence and ability to learn new systems
• Can create engagement, participation, and provide employees with conditions to succeed

Employment Terms
Permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period.
