Who are you?
We are looking for a childcare worker who values every interaction throughout the day. You, who are applying, want to make a difference every day for each child. You wish to be part of the journey in the preschool's boundless possibilities in an environment where we provide each child with challenges, inspiration, and a desire for play and creativity. We seek someone who engages, is co-learning, and sees the opportunities to learn together with children and colleagues. You want to contribute to the further development of the preschool's systematic quality work and recognize the value of creating varied didactic learning environments together with the children.
We are looking for someone who has a childcare education (high school or adult education), has experience working as a childcare worker, feels confident in documenting and communicating, and contributes with their own thoughts and ideas regarding education.
