Approximately 140 employees work within the psychiatry department. Our mission is to provide specialized psychiatric care to adults and to ensure care for mental health issues for all children and adolescents up to the age of 17. The organization aims to offer a wide range of both expertise and services, and we operate based on a person-centered value foundation that is expressed in both patient interactions and in meetings between employees and leaders. We adhere to nationally developed knowledge support in mental health and work on the implementation of person-centered and cohesive care pathways as well as the psychiatry department's own care process maps. With us, you will be well taken care of and receive a thorough introduction. We work with mentorship, and you will have your own mentor with whom you will have regular check-ins and who will provide support in your daily work. Your Responsibilities As a PTP psychologist, you will learn to conduct diagnostic assessments, neuropsychiatric investigations, and psychological treatment of psychiatric conditions. A PTP study director has overall responsibility for training, and you will also have a supervisor on site. With us, you will receive both collegial support, supervision, and the opportunity for methodological guidance in your area of expertise. The competence of psychologists plays an important role in our ongoing improvement efforts. Who Are You? You who are applying have completed the psychology program, preferably with a CBT focus in your basic psychotherapy training.
