The Swedish Agency for Mandatory Military Service and Assessment is currently seeking two temporary psychologists for one-year positions. As a psychologist with us, you will conduct occupational psychological assessments by interviewing, evaluating, and testing individuals subject to conscription during their enlistment process, as well as candidates seeking education and employment primarily within the Armed Forces and the Police Authority. At the assessment units, we work alongside chief physicians, psychologists, nurses, and administrators together with our case handlers. In total, we are about 75 colleagues in Stockholm working together to achieve our goals. We are located in nice premises in Gärdet, Stockholm, with easy access to the subway. **Your Responsibilities** Our working methods are based on scientific principles and proven experience, which means we conduct assessments with high quality to ensure the right person is in the right place with the right responsibilities. Continuous professional development occurs through internal training. You will work independently based on our established methods, guidelines, and manuals. At the same time, your efforts are part of a collective assessment process. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with a structured work environment. We continuously engage in follow-up and method and operational development. There may be opportunities for you to contribute and participate in this work. You may occasionally be required to participate in the agency's operations at other locations for short periods. **Your Qualifications** We are looking for someone who is: - A licensed psychologist certified by the National Board of Health and Welfare. It is advantageous if you have experience in: - Conducting clinical assessments. - Working with treatment or investigations based on standardized methods. - Conducting selection processes. **Your Personal Attributes** You have the ability to take responsibility and work meticulously. You possess good collaboration skills and work well with those around you. It is important to us that you can act independently in your professional role by making your own assessments and decisions based on them. You have strong communication skills and can contribute to development. **About the Employment** We offer you a temporary position starting in May 2026, lasting for one year. Due to the nature of the work, you cannot work from home, but we hope this will instead contribute to a clearer separation between work and leisure. We offer you at least 28 days of vacation, up to 35 days depending on age. You will work daytime hours, have the opportunity to exercise for 2 hours during work hours each week, and are offered a favorable wellness allowance.
