The unit works to ensure that children and adolescents feel understood and validated. Our staff possess high competence and experience in working with children and youth. There is a strong sense of cohesion within the group and close collegial support, even though much of the work is often conducted individually with patients. As an employee of Närhälsan, you will have development opportunities through internal training and mentorship programs. We actively engage in development work to continuously improve our methods and meet the needs of our patients. Please read more about our benefits on Närhälsan's website.
