Individual contacts of varying lengths are also provided (primarily CBT, with some ACT and CFT approaches). You'll collaborate with other professionals at the healthcare center and external actors as needed. The psychosocial team consists of three psychologists, one psychotherapist, and two counselors. We also regularly have registered psychologists in training. We seek a team player who is engaged in patient work and committed to improving and developing the organization. You'll work closely with colleagues, with excellent opportunities for peer consultation and supervision. Group supervision with an external supervisor is also provided. We emphasize mutual support and maintaining a sustainable workload, with significant autonomy in shaping your work. These teams provide consistent care for patients needing continuous support. The healthcare center actively pursues organizational development, and as a psychologist, your expertise in organizational development is valued. Documentation is done in Cosmic. Your Qualifications You are a licensed psychologist with CBT competence. Previous experience in primary care and familiarity with method development and follow-up are advantageous.
