About this role
Your Workplace
At the psychiatric outpatient clinic in Hagfors, doctors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and healthcare administrators work together.
The mission of the clinic is to assess, investigate, and treat patients with mental illness and mental disabilities. The clinic has an experienced team that collaborates closely for the benefit of the patients.
We are now seeking a psychologist who is interested in contributing to the development of the clinic!
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include psychiatric assessment, investigation, and psychological treatment. Your work with us is varied, involving both assessment and treatment tasks. Treatment can be individual but may also be conducted in groups, based on evidence and proven experience. A significant part of the work involves collaboration with healthcare centers, municipalities, and other healthcare providers, including participation in SIP (Coordinated Individual Plan) and care planning.
We are actively working to broaden our treatment offerings and continuously discuss how our working methods can be adapted to meet our patients' needs. Collaboration with other professionals and relatives is a natural part of the work, as is supervising students and PTP psychologists.
Your Skills and Competencies
We are looking for a licensed psychologist, preferably with experience in clinical work within psychiatric outpatient care. To fit this role, you should have a strong patient focus and a solution-oriented approach to work. You are interested in organizational development and have a solid interest in teamwork. It is important for us that you can easily adapt to prevailing circumstances and have the ability to work independently and take initiative. You take responsibility for your work alongside the rest of the team and focus on high patient safety and quality of care.
We warmly welcome your application!
