WELCOME to Älvsjö Healthcare Center located in Älvsjö center with excellent communications, approximately 12 minutes by commuter train from the central station.
The healthcare center is a region-driven results unit with well-functioning routines, good introduction, and committed, competent staff.

We are a well-established clinic with over 70 employees. Our team includes district nurses, nurses, specialist physicians in general medicine, resident physicians, nursing assistants, medical podiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and medical secretaries. We have approximately 17,700 registered patients and home care services for around 200 patients.
Our psychosocial team consists of four licensed psychologists, one provisional psychologist, and a counselor. One team member is currently on parental leave, so we are seeking a licensed psychologist for a temporary position.

Job Responsibilities
The psychosocial team's tasks primarily involve structured assessments and treatments for mild to moderate mental health issues and referral to specialized care when needed. We have a well-functioning psychosocial team with good collegial support and regular external supervision.
We have a special assignment for children and youth mental health ages 6-17 in our local area. Therefore, competence with children is considered meritorious.
Qualifications
- Licensed psychologist with CBT orientation and preferably several years of professional experience
- Experience in primary care, structured assessments, and treatments is meritorious
- Child competence is meritorious
Employment Type
Temporary position, 6 months. Full-time 100%, part-time can be discussed. Start date 2026-02-16.
