About Us:
Habilitation Center Stockholm is a specialist outpatient clinic offering support and interventions for individuals over 18 with congenital or early-onset disabilities. We work with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and congenital mobility impairment. Here, you'll meet an engaged, multidisciplinary team consisting of social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
We are now seeking a psychologist for our autism team!
About the Role:
As a psychologist in the autism team, you'll become an important part of a fantastic group of 11 therapists, including four psychologists. You will work with patients who have autism without concurrent intellectual disability and their networks. Here, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a supportive and developmental work environment where work enthusiasm and commitment permeate daily life.
Your Responsibilities:
· Provide support and interventions to patients and their families, focusing on increased understanding of the diagnosis and finding effective strategies for daily life.
· Consultation and counseling, often in close collaboration with other professionals in the team.
· Lead groups, give lectures, and conduct individual conversations with patients and relatives.

· Has good ability to organize and structure patient work

· Has experience working with our patient groups and the TakeCare journal system (meritorious)
