Welcome to Vårdcentralen Capio Olympia in central Helsingborg.
We are a large healthcare center with 11,350 registered patients, located in the heart of the city on Bergaliden, with excellent public transport connections by both train and bus. Your Role
In your role, you will work with the assessment, investigation, and treatment of patients with mild to moderate mental health issues. In close collaboration with doctors and other healthcare providers, you and your colleagues will provide first-line care to patients with mental and behavioral health concerns. You should be comfortable with short treatment series to enable more patients to access care, and you should see the potential for treatment through digital pathways. The position also involves working with internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). You will meet your patients both physically at the clinic and through our digital channels such as video, chat, and phone. Therefore, your workday will have good opportunities for variety. You will also play an active role in our rehabilitation team, where you will collaborate with the rehabilitation coordinator and doctors to ensure that each patient has a clear plan for returning to work. We are also working on a new project aimed at minimizing sick leave. Experience in primary care is an advantage.

The psychosocial team works closely together across the units in the region and holds digital meetings monthly, as well as physical meetings once per semester with training and lectures (this is important in our role, so please note it). We offer a competitive salary and additionally have a positive salary development. The position is 100%, but 80% is also an option.
